Before you continue reading this article. I truly need to you to ask yourself "Am I ready to change"?

It's a very cliche question, but most people go to bed everynight thinking "I'm going to start the new routine tomorrow."

What most people don't realize is that you won the first competition you participated in (Think about it. HTU, if you really need to know what i'm talking about).

To be honest, getting your act together is quite simple - but very difficult (...and yes I realize that was a contradiction). â€‹Let me break it down for you this way: YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO DO, BUT YOU'RE SO STUCK IN YOUR FAILURE STATE OF MIND YOU WON'T DO WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A WINNER.

No one can tell you what to do to change your life, but I can tell you what I did at the advise of my life coach:

Took a grace period to prep my body and mind, allowing myself one mistake a day.

Got organized. - An organize desk, home, bedroom, et cetera reflects an organized mind and vice-versa. Keep your spaces organized and your mind will follow.

Formulate a productive routine - â€‹

Decision Alert** - You can speed up the process by following routines that have worked for countless others or you can work through different routines to figure out what works best for you.

Your routine should include, but should not be limited to:

Meditation

Exercise

Grooming

Setting a goal - Studies show that setting daily goals, heighten focus and productivity. A daily To-Do list will suffice.

Let me know if you have any questions via the contact link and in the words of the emaculant DJ Khalid "WE THE BEST".
